Mechanical Supervisor – TXM Recruit is currently searching for a permanent Mechanical Supervisor to work within a facilities management company on one of their commercial contracts in Guildford.
The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for –
- Overseeing and managing all mechanical staff (shift engineers, fabric engineers, plumbers, ventilation/HVAC engineers etc)
- Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities
- Liaise with Facilities Managers, and internal and external clients to forecast workload demand and project deliverables.
- 1 in 4/5 escalation on call
Salary – £45,000
Working hours – Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, 1 in 4/5 on call
Mechanical Supervisor specification –
- Experience managing mechanical staff, ideally within a commercial/industrial setting
- Applicable mechanical qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
