My client, a fast-track leisure fitout specialist, is about to start work on three projects, each valued around £1m, and fit outs in the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors. They are in search of an experienced Project Manager to lead these projects from pre-construction through to completion. The role will be office-based with site visits, reporting to the business directors at their Guildford headquarters.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Project Development and Delivery: Oversee the agreed project specifications, programme, and budget.
- Quality Control: Work with the No. 1 Site Manager to ensure top-tier workmanship.
- Pricing and Programming: Handle all pricing, programming, and contract negotiations.
- Design Management: Take charge of managing the design process.
- Sub-Contract Negotiations: Ensure all sub-contract terms align with the main contract.
- Budget Management: Control project budgets, manage margin delivery, and submit monthly valuations with the QS.
- Risk Management: Mitigate contractual and construction-related risks.
- Cost Control: Proactively manage project profitability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a well-organised project team.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure timely and efficient provision of design information.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all site personnel operate safely and cooperatively.
- Business Development: Assist Directors with securing new project opportunities.
