As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team. Ideally suited to someone with at least 18 months Estate Agency experience. Key responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator:
- Generating, organising and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating offers with the assistance of the team.
- Liaising with buyers, sellers and associated solicitors to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers and vendors.
- Maintain and update the company database.
- Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
Required skill sets for Sales Negotiator:
- 18 months experience in Estate Agency.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
Benefits and packages:
- A competitive basic salary of £23,000
- OTE up to £40,000.
- Work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
