  • MRICS ideally or working towards
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • 3+ years, Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
  • Good communication skills
  • Driving licence (MUST)
