We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage and deliver commercial services across multiple facilities; on behalf of our leading FM Client
Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor
- Oversee and govern commercial services delivery across facility sites.
- Review pricing for commercial refurbishments to ensure target costs are met.
- Evaluate contractual agreements with subcontractors.
- Address commercial management issues and engage directly with the end client.
- Facilitate interactions with both clients and subcontractors.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of refurbishment projects, both interior and exterior.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with NEC and JCT D&B contracts.
- Effective engagement skills with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and third parties.
- Proficiency in cost management, reporting, and forecasting.
- Eligibility for required security clearance before site access.
