My client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience in construction.
The position is with a main contractor specializing in refurbishments and new build projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, and industrial.
Candidates with a degree or HND level qualification will be preferred for this role.
Responsibilities include estimating, preconstruction tasks, and overseeing cost value reconciliation on live projects.
The role offers a hybrid working environment, combining time between the head office, project sites, and remote work.

My client are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years experience in construction.

Working for a main contractor who specialise in refurbishments & new build projects in education, healthcare, industrial and secure environments, they have a growing portfolio of projects from 3m - 15m in value.

Preference for degree / HND level qualification.

The role will include estimating and preconstruction as well as overseeing cost value reconcillation on live projects. The role will be based between head office, sites and remote / hybrid.
