Collins Property Recruitment is working with a well-established, Surrey-based independent Estate Agency who is looking for a enthusiastic Lettings Manager to lead this small, yet dynamic team and develop the department. If you are a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in your career, or an established Manager ready to make a significant impact, this role offers tremendous potential.This organisation has an exceptional local reputation and are known for their honest, professional, and reliably good levels of service. Key responsibilities as a Lettings Manager:

  • As a senior member of the company you will be responsible for building, nurturing and developing new relationships with Landlords and tenants.
  • Work alongside the Company owners in promoting the business.
  • Identifying opportunities for valuations and actively seeking new business.
  • Conduct market appraisals with prospect Landlords.
  • Managing clients and keeping them updated with regular communications.
  • Generating, organising and conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers with Landlords and Tenants in a professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.

Required skill sets for Lettings Manager:

  • Proven track record of generating new business and developing professional relationships with clients.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated to build and develop the department.
  • Ideally 12 months experience in Estate Agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
  • A full UK driving license.

  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 plus a generous team commission structure, dependent on your experience.
