Sales Negotiator, Guildford

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our clients team in Guildford. Whether you are a trainee looking to start your career in the property industry or an experienced negotiator aiming to take the next step, our client are offering an attractive package tailored to your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants.

Negotiation: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve successful agreements. ·Marketing: Promote properties through various channels to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Compensation Package

Basic Salary: £18,000 per annum, payable monthly.

Commission: 8% of agency sales fee on each property sold through your introduction.

8% of the first 12 months of landlord fees secured by you.

Car Allowance: £180 per month.

Performance Incentives: £25 for each 5-star Google review generated by you. ·Mileage Reimbursement: 25p per mile for work-related travel.

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annum, including bank holidays.

Work Schedule ·Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Days: 5 out of 6 days per week, with alternating Saturdays. When working a Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week.

Qualifications and Skills ·Trainee Level: No prior experience required, just a keen interest in property and a strong desire to learn.

Essential Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation abilities, and outstanding customer service.
