Job Title: Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Location: Guildford, SurreySalary: £24,400 Basic Salary p.a. (including £2,400 car allowance), payable monthlyOTE: £38,000 - £40,000 About the Role:Join a leading independent high street agency in the heart of Guildford as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. This position offers an exciting opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, driving sales and securing new lettings. You'll be instrumental in growing our presence in the local market, supported by a competitive compensation package and excellent incentives. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers and tenants to facilitate property sales and lettings.
- Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new business from property owners.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to close sales and lettings effectively.
- Manage communications and relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to achieving the agency's sales targets and overall business goals.
- Commission: 10% of the agency's sales fee for each property where you introduce a successful buyer, or 10% of (up to) the first 12 months of landlords' fees secured by you.
- Car Allowance: Included in the basic salary (£200 per month).
- £25 payment per 5-star Google review generated by you.
- Instruction Incentive: £50 per instruction gained by you, paid upon tenancy commencement or upon completion of sale.
- Travel: 25p per mile for petrol for work-related mileage.
- Annual Holiday Entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday.
- Proven experience in sales or lettings in the property sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
