In this role as Sales Negotiator responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day management of buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Obtaining and negotiating offers on properties to close property sales
• Working with the Director on property valuations
• Enjoying the substantial rewards of the many successful property sales at this office

What we are looking for:

• Candidates should have estate agency experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Someone who is motivated and keen to provide an exceptional customer journey from first contact through to successful property sale/purchase
• The ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• You must have a UK driving licence and you will need your own car, a good car allowance will be provided
• Local knowledge of the Guildford area would be an advantage but is not essential
