The Ideal Candidate- Sales-driven and confident closing deals
- Knowledge of Guildford, Haslemere, and surrounding areas (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised, proactive, and target-focused
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Previous estate agency experience required
- Basic Salary: £30,000 (dependent on experience)
- On-Target Earnings: £65,000+
- Commission Structure: Competitive, uncapped
- Car: Must have own vehicle - mileage allowance provided
- Hours: Monday-Friday, Saturdays on rotation (1 in 4)
