Our Client is looking for an experienced Lettings Valuation Manager who wants to join a busy, dynamic Estate Agent based in our Guildford branch.

You will be working as part of a highly successful team, helping to deliver a market-leading service to our landlords and tenants, through outstanding customer service and business development. The role would suit an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator who is looking for a fresh challenge or their next move into a more Senior Role. However, they are also happy to consider Lettings Consultants with some industry experience who are looking for a new opportunity in a busy team.

Role responsibilities

  • Developing strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Arranging & attending viewings
  • Gaining tenant feedback and discussing with landlords
  • Dealing with offer negotiations
  • Lettings progression
  • Registering tenants over the phone and loading onto property software
  • Maintaining an active tenant database
  • Business generation activities such as leaflet dropping & call outs
  • Upsell additional services and management levels
  • Working to targets, self-managing KPIs and working on areas for improvement such as conversion rates
  • Booking valuations
  • Assist with taking new properties on to the market, including property listings, photos and floorplans
  • Training towards property valuations
  • Focusing on the customer journey to enhance our client experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills or attributes:

  • Previous experience in Lettings
  • Strong communication skills & a customer centric approach
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter
  • Proactive, determined and target driven
  • Self-disciplined with time management skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Adaptable and able to work on own initiative
  • Ambitious & keen to learn

Our remuneration package includes basic, car allowance, strong uncapped commission structure and Workplace pension scheme. Hours of work are 8.45am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri and 9am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu.
