Job Description: Property ManagerLocation: GuildfordSalary: £32,000 - £36,000 DOE (Circa)Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established, boutique estate agency in Guildford, specialising in high-end homes and country living. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a mature outlook and a strong background in property management to work in a small, dedicated team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of premium residential properties, ensuring the highest level of service for a discerning clientele of seasoned professional landlords. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, handling all aspects of property management, including maintenance, tenancy renewals, inspections, and ensuring compliance with current regulations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of high-end residential properties.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, offering a proactive and professional service.
  • Conducting property inspections and handling tenancy renewals.
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and regulations.
  • Managing service charge budgets where applicable.
