Property Manager

The agency is seeking a talented Property Portfolio Manager with a strong background in lettings administration and customer service. The position offers a clear path for collaboration with a supportive, team-focused culture.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing a residential portfolio of 100 fully managed and 150 rent-collect units. They will require a deep understanding of compliance and a proven ability to manage work orders compliance and contractors. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and an eye for detail. The role requires at least 2 years of experience dealing with a portfolio of around 200 units, and ARLA qualifications would be highly beneficial.

• Location: Guildford
• Salary: £38,000
• Hours: Monday -Friday 9 am-5 pm
• 28 days holidays including bank holiday.
• Driving License and access to a car is essential
