Property Administrator

Location: Guildford Salary: £15 - £18 per hour Hours: Part-Time - 28 hours per week (Monday to Friday, No Weekend Work)

We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a Property Administrator to join their team. This part-time role involves supporting day-to-day operations, including property inspections and general administration, within a small and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative duties associated with property management.
  • Respond to phone calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Keep tenant records up to date through precise data entry and file management.
  • Assist the property management team with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all office protocols are adhered to, contributing to a well-organised workspace.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably (but not essential) within property management or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to work within a team.
  • Must be a car driver with reliable transport for property inspections.
