Overview:

An exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Part Time Receptionist to join a fun and dynamic team in Guildford!

You will be the first point of contact for their organisation ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Daily Duties:

  • Answer phone calls professionally and accurately, making detailed notes as necessary
  • Greet visitors warmly and offer assistance, notifying the appropriate individuals of their arrival
  • Maintain front door security to ensure a safe environment
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organised
  • Set up meeting facilities and arrange catering for meetings
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as handling mail and deliveries, ordering stationery, and fulfilling staff ordering requests
  • Utilise IT systems, specifically MS Teams and Outlook, effectively
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests
  • Keep basic office supplies well-stocked and easily accessible to staff
  • Support the office manager with any additional duties as assigned

Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, particularly MS Teams and Outlook
