We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client's team. Our client is a reputable organisation in need of a dedicated and professional individual to be the first point of contact for their visitors and guests.

As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding calls, and providing general administrative support to various departments.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be interacting with people from all walks of life, so it is crucial that you can engage with them in a friendly and professional manner. As the face of the organisation, you should be well-presented, approachable, and able to maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and directing visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and tidy
  • Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Sorting and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries
