We are seeking a Receptionist for our bustling Guildford office, which houses approximately 60 professionals delivering a range of services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Answering the telephone, efficiently redirecting calls to colleagues, and taking accurate messages.
- Organising and coordinating boardroom bookings.
- Greeting clients, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ordering office supplies and assisting in the smooth running of the Guildford office.
- Managing post and courier services.
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager and team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, ideal for a receptionist role.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility in work approach, with initiative and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word; training will be provided for other necessary systems.
- Knowledge of video conferencing tools is advantageous, as many meetings are conducted in the Guildford office.
