Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing candidates and clients
- Proactively source candidates using job boards and internal databases
- Register candidates daily and assess their suitability for available roles
- Deliver comprehensive briefs on job positions to candidates
- Maintain and grow relationships with key client accounts
- Match candidates to roles that align with their skills and aspirations
- Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering expert advice
Experience Ideally Required for This Role:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in sales or recruitment
- Exceptional telephone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, determined, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail
- Target-driven with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment
