Our client, a leading finance and accounting firm, is seeking an experienced accountancy and finance recruiter to join their team in Guildford. This role offers a competitive base salary of up to £45,000, plus an uncapped commission structure. As a specialist in the field, you will be crucial in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent within the finance and accounting sector.
Responsibilities- Utilise your expertise in accountancy and finance to identify and engage top industry talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the accountancy and finance sector.
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting roles, responsibilities, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support
