As a Bridging Finance Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:
  • Managing deal enquiries and structuring complex cases in line with credit policy.
  • Planning strategic appointments to build credible relationships with intermediaries.
  • Actively seeking new business opportunities from various sources.
  • Maximising Bridging sales by identifying competitive advantages.
  • Achieving quarterly and annual targets as agreed with the Sales Director.
  • Representing the company at exhibitions, workshops, and seminars.
