We are seeking experienced Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team, providing specialised or general cover in Secondary Schools across West Sussex and the surrounding areas. With a high demand for supply teachers, we offer consistent work tailored to your availability in short-and-medium term roles across all subject specialisms.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring continuity of education for students.
  • Adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Providing feedback on student performance to permanent teaching staff.
  • Ensuring all school policies, including safeguarding and child protection, are adhered to.
  • Being prepared to work in a variety of schools, adapting to their respective policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
  • Subject specialism in one or more areas such as Maths, English, Science, Humanities, etc.
  • Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility to work on a day-to-day basis and adapt to different educational settings.
