What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating Fun and Engaging Lessons: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that captivate and inspire Year 6 pupils.
• Tracking Progress: Assess and record students' progress, ensuring they are ready for the exciting transition to secondary school.
• Fostering a Positive Environment: Implement classroom activities that promote a stimulating and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teaching staff and get involved in school events and activities.
• Keeping Students Engaged: Use a variety of teaching methods to keep students interested and motivated.
• Communicating with Parents: Provide regular feedback to parents and guardians through written reports and parent-teacher conferences.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent qualification.
• Primary Teaching Experience: Especially with Year 6 pupils.
• Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and Year 6 requirements.
• Classroom Management: Excellent skills to create a positive learning environment.
• Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal skills to interact with students, staff, and parents.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to meet the changing needs of pupils and the school.
