  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:15 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students inside and outside the classroom, either in small groups or 1:1.
  • Foster a nurturing, encouraging environment where every student can thrive.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who:

  • Have experience working with students with SEMH needs and complex learning difficulties (desirable, but not essential).
  • Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to support students facing unique challenges.
  • Are eager to learn-we provide comprehensive training for all new team members!

Please note: Due to our rural location, candidates must have their own transport.
