?? Location: Grafham, Guildford?? Salary: £22,315.15 - £23,880.47 per annum (FTE £26,060 - £27,888.00)?? Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, term-time only

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 4:15 pm
• Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Nestled in 42 acres of stunning Surrey countryside, it is more than a school-it's a community. We provide life-changing education for students aged 10-16 with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Through a mix of academic and practical learning, we empower students to discover their talents, grow in confidence, and build brighter futures.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students inside and outside the classroom, either in small groups or 1:1.
• Foster a nurturing, encouraging environment where every student can thrive.
• Work closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.

We're seeking compassionate and motivated individuals who:

• Have experience working with students with SEMH needs and complex learning difficulties (desirable, but not essential).
• Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to support students facing unique challenges.
• Are eager to learn-we provide comprehensive training for all new team members!

Please note: Due to our rural location, candidates must have their own transport.
