Our client, a leading property consultancy, is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their team in Guildford. This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months however could have the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in providing sales administration support to the Guildford office. You will report to the Office Head and work closely with the Senior Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist customers in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Maintain a tidy and organised office and reception area
  • Referral of clients to a wide range of services offered by our client
  • Collaborate with the Operations teams to ensure timely support to the Office Head and the office team
  • Assist with the order of land registry title checks and registration of new instructions
  • Adhere to all internal and external compliance and best practise measures and procedures
  • Ensure office compliance and strive for improvements in audit pass rates
  • Generate sales invoices with accuracy
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various systems used by our client, such as Working Life, Hub, Global Life, Power BI, and Audit Centre
  • Assist in the creation of mailers, property brochures, window cards, and pitching materials
  • Provide imagery and property information for regional publications and central marketing campaigns, working closely with the Marketing team when required

Key Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a business support, administration, or front-of-house role
  • Excellent command of the English language, with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling
