We are excited to be recruiting for a store Manager for a well established lifestyle retailer, specialising in ladieswear, menswear, accessories and home, for their store based in Guildford. The company was created in 1985 and continue to grow with new store openings across the UK and internationally.

The role of store manager will be responsible for driving sales; by leading the instore and supporting them to achieve KPIs targets. It is about the customer journey for this company and you will create a positive retail atmosphere in the shop, which is focused on delivering results.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in retail management with a drive for sales. You’ll be passionate about retail and fashion with determination to succeed. You will be a strong people manager, inspiring and supporting others with your passion and expertise. A love for visual merchandising would be an advantage. This is for a top 10 location, with a team of 12, so experience with a £1.2million turnover will be needed.

The role offers a salary of £40,000 plus a quarterly bonus and many benefits including healthcare, life assurance, generous holiday allowance, 50% staff discount, uniform, company pension contribution.
