Are you a Senior Support Worker eager to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are currently looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Guildford at an 8-bed home, supporting young individuals with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.

Senior Residential Support Worker - Guildford

Starting Salary: 28,621.56 base, with the potential to earn up to 30,301.56, including sleep-in shifts.
Salary After Probation: 30,305.60 base, with the potential to earn up to 31,985.60, including sleep-in shifts.

Senior Support Worker Responsibilities:

  • Create a caring, stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of young people.
  • Plan and lead activities that encourage learning, personal growth, and social integration.

Senior Support Worker Requirements:

  • Ideally hold a Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma, Children and Young People's Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards this qualification.
