We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join a residential service in Farnham.
No specific experience? No problem! If you have the right attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for supporting others, we'd love to hear from you. Full training is provided.
This home provides a safe and nurturing environment for children up to the age of 18 and is currently supporting two young people.
Salary: 24,960 - 27.040
About the Support Worker Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping children and young adults develop essential life skills and reach their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a caring and supportive environment where your contributions will be truly valued.
Working Hours:
- Early shifts: 07:30 - 15:00
- Late shifts: 14:00 - 23:00
- Long days: 07:30 - 23:00
- No sleep-ins required
Support Worker Requirements:
- We are looking for individuals with passion, enthusiasm, and compassion
- Strong communication skills
- A full, clean driving licence is essential-candidates without one will not be considered.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting is a plus, but not essential-we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role.
