The key focus is resettlement and securing employment, which includes helping clients develop skills, secure accommodation, and gain necessary support. You will provide 1:1 support and guidance, setting goals and milestones to aid their progress.You will work across HMP Send (typically 3 – 4 days a week) and then Guildford probation trust.To apply, you must have experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system, either in a prison or custodial setting. Alternatively, experience supporting vulnerable clients in areas such as mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness is valuable.
