This role involves supporting students who face challenges with behavior, helping them to develop positive strategies, and promoting a constructive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement behaviour plans.
  • Monitor, record, and report on behaviours.
  • Assist in de-escalating crises and managing challenging behaviours.
  • Collaborate with staff on behaviour strategies.
