Are you a passionate and dedicated KS1 Learning Support Assistant (SEN), looking to make a real difference in an Education and Training specialist SEN setting?
We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic SEN school in Guildford, seeking a full-time KS1 Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to join their education and training team immediately. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong understanding of Speech and Language needs, and a desire to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
About the Role:
- KS1 Learning Support Assistant (SEN) position in a highly regarded SEN school.
- Deliver high-quality lessons as a KS1 Learning Support Assistant (SEN) to pupils within a speech and language specialist provision based in Guildford
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports individual needs.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of SEN professionals, speech and language therapists, and support staff.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, tailoring interventions as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working in a SEN setting or with children with speech and language needs (desirable but not essential).
- A creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
