Day-to-day of the role:- Engage with students one-on-one and in groups, focusing on those with SEMH, helping them navigate both their educational and personal growth.
- Collaborate in the creation and execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs.
- Offer personal care with dignity and compassion, ensuring all students feel supported.
- Assist in crafting a classroom atmosphere that is safe, inclusive, and bursting with opportunities for all students to shine.
- Act as a bridge between students and staff, fostering clear and positive communication.
- Occasionally play the role of the students' chauffeur for school outings (if you can drive, that’s a bonus!).
- Experienced in supporting children with SEMH and passionate about educational development.

- Skilled in providing personal care and support with the utmost respect and sensitivity.
