- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and educational professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting educational strategies as needed to meet individual needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in special educational needs (SEN), specifically with SEMH.
- Strong understanding of the strategies needed to manage challenging behaviours positively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in SEN education.
