What You’ll Do:

  • Engage and Inspire: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that captivate and meet the unique needs of students with SEMH.
  • Monitor Progress: Assess and record student progress, offering constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate: Work with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective IEPs.
  • Innovate: Develop and implement teaching and behaviour management strategies in partnership with colleagues.
  • Participate: Be an active part of school events, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: QTS or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and frameworks.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
