Are you a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference? We are excited to welcome a dedicated professional to our team, providing specialist support to boys aged 5-11 with SEMHÂ needs. What You’ll Do:
- Engage and Inspire:Â Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that captivate and meet the unique needs of students with SEMH.
- Monitor Progress:Â Assess and record student progress, offering constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate:Â Work with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective IEPs.
- Innovate:Â Develop and implement teaching and behaviour management strategies in partnership with colleagues.
- Participate:Â Be an active part of school events, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:Â QTSÂ or equivalent.
- Experience:Â Proven experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- Knowledge:Â Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and frameworks.
- Skills:Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
