Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an exciting new challenge that involves working with the recruitment leadership team contributing to the business performance, strategy and long term future growth.

The ideal candidate should have recruitment experience from the grass roots upwards or be at a senior level of recruitment within an external agency. This role is internal recruitment only and does not involve any sales.
Responsibilities to include (but not limited to)
- Sourcing of Candidates
- Interviewing and Pre-Screening Applicants
- Onboarding and follow up
- Supporting Line Managers and meeting to discuss the needs throughout the business
Experience Needed & Qualifications
- Previous Recruitment and Resourcing experience is essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work well on your own or within a team
- Car Driver is essential as there will be a need to visit work sites throughout the South of England (A Monthly £250 car allowance will be added to your salary) Plus business miles fully expensed.
