A freelance Quantity Surveyor is needed for a long-term contract on a large Super Prime Residential refurbishment project near Guildford, valued at over £50 million.
Applicants should ideally possess experience with listed buildings and have over 5 years of site main contracting experience.
This position is site-based and requires work 5 days a week.
The role is outside IR35, with limited company working options available.

Quantity Surveyors seeking to apply will ideally have some Listed building experience and have over 5 years on Site Main Contracting experience.

This is a Site based role 5 days a week.
