Sonic Summary

A growing independent practice in Guildford is seeking a RICS-qualified Surveyor to conduct Level 1 surveys, including homebuyers and building surveys.
The position offers a full-time, remote working arrangement with a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, and an OTE of £60,000 to £70,000.
Additional benefits include bonuses, a monthly car allowance, 33 days of annual holiday, private medical healthcare, and covered professional membership fees.
Candidates should have AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, be a RICS Registered Valuer, and possess experience in surveying, along with a full UK driving license.

Working hours:

Full time
Remote working basis

Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:

£45,000 - £55,000 Basic
£60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Surveyor requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
Experience in Surveying
Full UK licence and access to own car
Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous
