Job title: Fabric Engineer
Location: Static site in Guildford, Surrey
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying between 32,000 - 35,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
* 4 years' experience within building services - Required
* Technically qualified (Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical) - Desired

About the role:We are looking to take on board a strong fabric engineer to be based on a large commercial site in Guildford, Surrey. With this role comes bundles of over time as well as the opportunity to work within a large and highly skilled team. You will be working in a team of 3.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on fabric and plumbing.
- General Maintenance tasks (wall repairs, laying carpet tiles, replacing bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning traps)
- Basic plumbing (replacing taps, TMVs, etc.)
- Basic electrical (wiring in replacement appliances) - company will put candidates through an electrical competency for this if required
- Compliance tasks (tap temps, EL flick tests, etc)
- Safely operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle, following company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and job-specific skills to ensure high-quality service delivery.
