Maintenance Supervisor

Up to £55K (DOE) plus benefits
MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor, to supervise all maintenance and project based activities on a 24/7 process plant based in Mitcham, London. Our client is an established renewable energy business, with the opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all site maintenance including planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), scheduled maintenance and reactive maintenance
- Reviewing and adding maintenance tasks to the CMMS system
- Writing SOP’s as needed for service schedules
- Ensuring safe systems of work are implemented and followed at all times
- Supporting with electrical and mechanical maintenance including fault finding, inspection, testing, etc.
- Ensuring continuous operations, responding to alarms and dealing with breakdowns
- Ensuring KPIs and production targets are met
- Work collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or similar Lead role
- Experience within heavy plant based maintenance (electrical or mechanical) including service, repair and breakdown of equipment
- Background working within waste management, renewable energy, water treatment, Armed Forces or similar heavy industrial process
- Ideally multi-skilled however those with an electrical or mechanical bias are also desirable
- Full UK driving licence and rights to work in the UK
The package on offer includes a competitive basic salary up to £55,000, depending on experience, plus company benefits including pension, holidays, etc.
