You choose from a working week of forty hours upwards, with flexible rostering and premium overtime.

Our commitments:
Basic Salary, £38,000 to £42,000
OTE, £46,000 to £52,000
Start and finish at home, (paid from the moment you set off in your car to the moment you get home).

What will I be doing?
Youll be:
- Happy to work in all weathers and all seasons. Our diverse range of customers mean that no two jobs are ever the same, we always fix the customer first with professionalism and reassurance, then we move onto the car.
- Great at diagnostics and thrive on the challenge of repair. You are a good communicator, sharing your knowledge and information in a way that your customers understand.
- A problem solver, happy to work on your own initiative, not constrained by corporate regulations you can find the solution and get the job done
- The friendly face of Westbourne, delighting customers on a daily basis.

What do I need?
Youll need:
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent OR
- A minimum of five years multi make experience OR
- Already employed as a Roadside Technician with at least two years experience
- Its essential that you have a full category B driving licence, held for a minimum of five years
- To be happy working flexible hours, which could include evenings, if you want to reach our highest salary proposition.
