Key responsibilities:
- Carryout diagnosis and repair of complex mechanical and electrical faults
- You must have 5 years+ experience of working within the automotive industry, and be able to work on to own initiative and also in a team.
- Carry our service, diagnostic and repair work, as directed.
- Inspecting for wear and tear/general faults
- Completing work to DVSA standards
- Carry out MOT inspections on vehicles (Desirable)
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver best practices, synonymous with the luxury manufacturing brand
Skills/Experience:
- IT Literacy
- Previous experience as a Technician: Minimum 5 years
- A valid full UK driving license
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- A relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 as a minimum - ideally Level 4 trained) is ideal but not essential
- Skilled diagnostic and repair vehicle technician. With a proven track record in fault finding. Experienced using serial diagnostic equipment, multimeters and ideally but not essentially use of oscilloscopes for testing.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, and electronic components
- Have experience across a range of vehicle brands.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
