The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Beauty Lecturer and Assessor to enhance our teaching and assessment practices within the Level 1-3 NVQ programmes. This role involves delivering and teaching Levels 1-3 NVQ and Assessor work. You will contribute towards ongoing professional development as well as potential curriculum planning and helping to prepare students for the professional world.
Duties:
- Assess, review and record student's progress
- Combine professional skills with the curriculum
- Plan and prepare lessons that align with the college curriculum and assessments
- Maintain a positive environment for students to remain motivated and aid students to reach their full potential
Requirements:
- Degree/HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualification
- An Assessors qualification (this is essential)
- Experience of teaching in FE (desirable)
- Good communication skills
- IT literate
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Industry experience (desirable)
