Experienced Plumber required for work on a large over 55s social housing contract in the Guildford Area.
Permanent position on a salary of £35,000 per annum + van and fuel card + holiday and benefits with a very busy contractor, securing you ongoing work throughout your career.
Plumber Day to Day:
- Maintenance and repairs plumbing work on occupied social housing for the over 55s.
- Completing a range of plumbing tasks varying daily
- Driving to jobs in your designated area
- Writing up about your work
- Reporting to a Supervisor
Plumber Requirements:
- Good plumbing experience
- Previous experience working in social housing
- NVQ in Plumbing (desireable)
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
