Finishing Foreman/Foreperson/Assistant Site Manager

Are you a Finishing Foreman/Foreperson? or an Assistant Site Manager? Do you have experience with internals?

A housing site in Teeside is seeking to employ a full time Finishing Foreman/Foreperson/Assistant Site Manager to start work immediately. The right candidate will have vast experience in finishing work with internals. Work is full time for 3 months.

You will be responsible for overseeing the internals of the project and ensuring that completed work meets the standards and specifications pre-agreed with clients.

Role

  • Monday to friday
  • £25 per hour CIS (PAYE also available)
  • ASAP start
  • 3 months of work

Job Description

  • Liaising with colleagues and clients
  • Overseeing project schedules and ensuring working is completed on time
  • Monitoring budgets to avoid overspend
  • Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
  • Reporting on project progress to senior managers and stakeholders
  • Conducting quality and safety inspections
  • Ensuring work is finished to the agreed standards
  • Maintaining quality control checks
  • Coordinating teams
  • Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
  • Signing off and handing completed work over to the client.
