Are you an experienced Heavy Plant Fitter looking for a rewarding opportunity that offers workshop engagement? We're seeking a talented individual to join our clients team as a Heavy Plant Fitter, responsible for both on-site repairs and workshop maintenance. This role will be primarily based in their Guisborough workshop.
Location: Guisborough - Workshop Heavy Plant Fitter
Working Hours: 4 days a week 12 hours per day - rota between Monday - Saturday
Salary: 41,000 - 45,000 Basic Salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of heavy plant machinery and equipment in the workshop.
- Undertake mobile repairs and maintenance at various sites as required.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of heavy plant equipment.
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter, with a solid background in heavy plant machinery maintenance and repair.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of heavy equipment.
- Relevant technical qualifications in heavy plant machinery maintenance or a related field.
