Salary: 拢23,000 based on 37 hours
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
路 Ensure cleanliness and tidiness across all areas of the club.
路 Manage events, booking enquires and liaise with customers.
路 Oversee daily bar operations and staff rotas.
路 Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring a knowledgeable and friendly team.
路 Manage inventory, ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
路 Where required, prepare, and cook food and or refreshments for either sale or hospitality for guests to the club.
Requirements:
路 Previous experience in the bar and/or hospitality industry is essential.
路 Excellent leadership and team management skills.
路 Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
路 Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
路 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
路 Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
