My client based Teesside arelooking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent, part timebasis.
The successful candidate will be experienced in Sage and ideally Xero, along with Microsoft Excel.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Purchase ledger
- Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
- Invoice queries
- Posting payments
- Banking
- Reconciliations
- Remittances
- Supplier queries
- Setting up customer accounts
- Payroll cover
- Payment runs
- Nominal codes
- CIS subcontractor payments
- Credit cards
- Multi currency - GBP/USD/Euro
