Operating in a variety of sectors this Group of trading companies is looking to recruit two Experienced Accounts Assistants to work as part of the finance team.

As the FJ Booth Accounts Assistant your duties will include:

  • Registering and matching purchase invoices onto Sage system
  • Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner
  • Entering payments on the company banking system
  • Performing monthly purchase statement reconciliations
  • Sending payment remittances to suppliers
  • Setting up supplier and customeraccountson SAGE
  • Maintaining up-to-date filing systems
  • To provide Payroll cover for holidays/sickness
  • Reconciling credit cards and managing theaccountsinbox
  • Collating monthly payment runs and paying suppliers
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties to support the Financial Lead

As the Shaun Muir Racing Accounts Assistant your duties will include:

  • Reconcile high volume of credit card spend and nominal code allocation
  • Collating and processing monthly subcontractor payments
  • Purchase Ledger function including supplier payments
  • Bank Reconciliations (including currency accounts, GBP, Euro, US Dollar)
  • Setting up supplier and customeraccountson SAGE
  • Managing Accounts E-Mails
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties to support the Financial Lead

Accounts Assistant Key skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manor
  • Outstanding organisational abilities
  • Previous experience/knowledge of Sage accounts and Excel would be preferable
