Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyse project costs and expenditures, identifying trends, variances, and potential areas for cost optimisation.
- Conduct detailed reviews of budget performance, ensuring alignment with project milestones and financial goals.

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial performance reports, including cost variance analyses and accurate forecasts, for management and stakeholders.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost management and project efficiency.

Compliance:
- Ensure all financial processes comply with relevant regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to demonstrate adherence to financial standards.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with project teams, procurement, and finance departments to share insights and support informed decision-making on cost management.
- Provide guidance and feedback on expenditure patterns, helping to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

- Develop and maintain accurate payment schedules in collaboration with the Finance Manager to ensure timely and accurate disbursements to vendors and contractors.
- Regularly update payment projections based on project progression and contract agreements.
